To use a variety of influences from art history to create a poster that looks contemporary and pays homage to Paul Renner

Using concepts of the Dada anti-movement, as well contemporary trends, I showcased the most famous contribution of Paul Renner – the development of Futura. I used the typeface to divide the space, color to add interest, and illustrated lines to move the eye throughout the composition. I added a profile of Renner, as well as his portrait, to complete the poster.
